Job summary

Madison-Davis, LLC is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to act as a strategic finance partner to the CEO, Executive Chairman, and Board. The role combines high-level FP&A leadership with executive-level SEC reporting ownership, and includes modernizing the finance organization.

In this hybrid mandate, you will collaborate with the Financial Reporting Director on SEC execution while maintaining full accountability for the final results.

Qualifications

• Must have held top financial leadership roles in a mature corporate environment.
• Hands-on ownership of Form 10-K and Form 10-Q processes is required.
• Experience driving FP&A, planning, and forecasting at scale.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to CEO, Chairman, and Board.
• Own SEC reporting and filings with the Financial Reporting Director.
• Lead enterprise FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting with the finance team.
• Modernize finance systems, automate reporting, and reduce manual processes.
• Collaborate with technology leadership on finance system modernization.
• Assess and shape the finance organization and long-term team structure.
• Support strategic decisions across banking, SBA lending, payments, and fintech lines.
• Present financial performance and strategic recommendations to the Board.
