Select Portfolio Servicing is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will lead Accounting and FP&A while partnering with Treasury and capital markets.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this hands-on finance leader will shape the strategic direction, drive financial performance, and strengthen the financial infrastructure in collaboration with its private equity owners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership with executive responsibility.
• Experience in financial services, mortgage servicing, or related sectors.
• Proven ability to lead Accounting and FP&A with treasury exposure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team.
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance reporting.
• Oversee treasury operations, liquidity management, and capital structure strategy.
• Strengthen FP&A processes and analytics capabilities.
