Qualifications

• Experience in accounting and reporting for GP entities and investment partnerships
• Strong partnership accounting background
• Ability to manage monthly and quarterly close processes
• Experience maintaining partner capital accounts and ownership schedules
• Knowledge of carried interest and incentive allocations
• Coordinate with tax, audit, fund administrators, and external providers

Responsibilities

• Own accounting and reporting for GP entities and investment partnerships
• Manage monthly and quarterly close processes
• Maintain partner capital accounts and ownership schedules
• Calculate and review partner allocations and distributions
• Support carried interest and incentive allocation calculations
• Account for investments through GP and employee investment vehicles
• Manage intercompany activity across multiple legal entities
• Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules
• Coordinate with tax, audit, fund administrators, and other external providers
• Assist with capital activity, cash management, and treasury-related functions
• Work closely with senior finance leadership on new entities, transactions, and strategic initiatives
• Help improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting as the platform grows
