Finatal in Dallas, TX, is seeking a first CFO to partner with the CEO and PE sponsor to shape the next growth phase. You will own finance, procurement, supply chain finance, and reporting across a multi‑jurisdictional group.

You will design end‑to‑end accounting processes under US GAAP, drive cash flow planning, and supervise audits and tax advisers. This is a high‑impact leadership role at a fast‑growing, PE‑backed supplier.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in private equity-backed growth businesses.
• Proven ability to design end-to-end accounting processes.
• Strong cash flow forecasting and working capital management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO and Board on pricing, deals and working capital.
• Lead accounting close, KPI reporting, and balance sheet controls.
• Establish revenue recognition under US GAAP.
• Oversee landed cost models, procurement and supplier terms.
• Manage audits, tax advisers, and multi-currency consolidation.
