Job summary

Philadelphia Visitor Center Corporation is seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer to guide financial health, growth, and risk management across multiple sites. The role reports to the CEO and partners with the Executive Leadership Team to drive fiscal strategy and compliance.

The CFO will oversee all financial, administrative, HR, and regulatory functions for PVCC’s multi-site operations, including cooperation with the National Park Service and external funding partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Experience in nonprofit, cultural institution, or multi-site environments is preferred.
• Experience managing federal, state, and other restricted grants and cooperative agreements.
• Knowledge of risk management and internal controls.
• Strong collaboration with executive leadership and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term financial models to support strategic vision.
• Oversee budgets and variance analysis across the organization.
• Coordinate annual financial audits and IRS Form 990 filings.
• Liaise with National Park Service and external partners to ensure compliance.
• Manage multi-site operations and investment reporting.
• Lead HR policies, benefits, and the 403b program.
• Ensure internal controls and risk management across sites.
