Qualifications

  • Substantial experience as a CFO or senior financial leader in a non-profit or cultural organization.
  • Expertise in non-profit GAAP, endowment management, capital projects, and grant compliance.
  • Mature governance support with transparent communication to CEO and Board.
  • Experience guiding growth through organizational scaling or capital transitions.
  • Educational credentials include CPA, MBA, or equivalent advanced financial training.
  • Ability to deliver decisive, innovative financial storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with CEO and executive team to model business plans for scaled multi-site operations and doubled budget.
  • Drive financial strategy for a $300M capital project and debt/cash management.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, audits, and internal controls; align departments with targets.
  • Oversee endowment strategy and cash flow to ensure stability during transition to the new facility.
  • Champion equitable People Operations and risk management across contracts and assets.
