Job summary

The CFO will oversee accounting, budgeting and forecasting, treasury, FP&A, internal controls, audit, tax oversight, and financial systems, while collaborating with operating leadership across markets and business lines.

Qualifications

• Significant progressive finance leadership experience, ideally as a CFO or senior finance executive.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Company's overall finance and accounting functions.
• Partner with executive leadership on financial strategy, business planning and operational performance.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash management, treasury and working capital.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and maintain strong accounting and internal-control processes.
• Lead financial planning and analysis, including performance reporting, variance analysis and key financial and operating metrics.
• Oversee external audit, tax and other financial compliance matters.
• Provide financial analysis and support for strategic initiatives, investments and business opportunities.
• Partner with operating leadership to evaluate performance across markets, products and business lines.
• Lead, develop and strengthen the finance organization, promoting accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial systems, reporting, automation and business processes.
• Support corporate finance, banking, capital markets and transactional activities, as appropriate.
• Provide clear and effective financial reporting and analysis to senior management and the Board of Directors.
