Job summary

GCM Contracting in Fort Myers, FL seeks a Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function across its multi-entity platform, including Precision Elements, Marina Partners, ASAR Inc., and Auto Storage Partners. You will drive cash flow management, bonding and banking relationships, and strategic deal modeling to maximize enterprise value.

This role is hands-on and reports to ownership with significant impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in finance leadership with construction or project-based industry experience.
• Deep knowledge of WIP schedules, job costing, and surety programs.
• M&A or transaction exposure is preferred, enabling enterprise value creation.
• Hands-on, strategic leader able to build a scalable finance function.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning across a multi-entity platform, including cash flow, bonding, and banking.
• Model deals, perform due diligence on acquisitions, and structure entities.
• Oversee ERP systems and ensure audit-ready reporting and KPI discipline.
• Develop tax strategy and maintain regulatory compliance across entities.
• Partner with ownership to maximize enterprise value and strategic options.
