Job summary

CFO Recruit collaborates with a client in Austin to appoint a CFO. The role targets a CFO, Director, or VP of Finance with robust experience in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, and inventory management.

You will guide financial strategy and operations as a key member of the executive team. The CFO will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, while partnering with Operations to optimize margins and capital investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior finance roles in manufacturing.
• Strong background in cost accounting, inventory management, and manufacturing operations finance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO on overall business strategy and growth plans.
• Develop and execute financial strategies to scale manufacturing operations.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
