Job summary

Atrium invites a strategic Chief Financial Officer to join its leadership team in a rapid-growth transportation and logistics setting. Leading finance, FP&A, and accounting, you will partner with the Founder/CEO to drive long‑term planning and scale the business while maintaining discipline in a dynamic, transaction-heavy environment.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and treasury, building scalable processes and strong governance to support continued expansion.

Qualifications

• CFO-level finance leadership with growth mindset.
• Strong FP&A and accounting foundation.
• Experience in highly transactional, growth environments.
• Proven ability to scale finance operations and build infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Founder/CEO on growth strategy and long-term planning.
• Lead all finance, accounting, FP&A, treasury, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Build scalable financial processes, reporting, and KPI infrastructure.
• Provide actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Oversee liquidity and working capital across a transaction-heavy business.
