Job summary

Kforce Inc. seeks a Chief Financial Officer for a privately held, New Jersey based health care/tech company with plans to go public. The CFO reports to the President and will join the senior executive team, guiding finance strategy and key corporate initiatives.

The role oversees SEC filings, investor relations, SOX, M&A, treasury and more, acting as a strategic advisor to the CEO and board. Compensation includes base salary, performance bonus and substantial equity potential.

Qualifications

• CPA certification required.
• 15+ years of overall experience with recent CFO experience at a publicly traded company with revenues > $100M.
• Experience leading a high-growth finance organization and strong communication/presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SEC filings, Investor Relations, SOX, M&A, and treasury functions.
• Serve as strategic business advisor to CEO, President and executive leadership.
• Provide primary support to the Board of Directors including Audit and Compensation Committees.
• Lead finance organization and shape growth strategy during a rapid expansion.
