You will review financial statements, monitor KPIs, and advise on risks and opportunities while coordinating with stakeholders and external vendors. This senior finance leader role requires startup or high-growth experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field. MBA or professional certification (CPA/CFA) advantageous.
• Strong experience in senior finance leadership roles, preferably as a CFO in high-growth or startup environments.
• Proficiency with financial modeling, cash flow management, and KPI development for SaaS or platform-based businesses.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for presenting financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and long-term financial planning.
• Review financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor KPIs and advise leadership on financial risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors; support fundraising and investor relations.
• Implement financial controls and compliance processes; contribute to pricing, revenue optimization, and cost management.
