Blue Signal is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function from inception and partner with the Founder/CEO on strategic capital planning.

Based in Atlanta, this role offers significant equity participation, high visibility with investors and lenders, and the chance to shape a rapidly growing infrastructure platform powering next‑gen computing technologies. You will build the finance organization and drive governance, risk management, and long‑term financial strategy.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in progressive finance leadership with executive scope.
• Experience in capital-intensive assets and large infrastructure.
• Proven success in project finance with lenders and partners.
• Strong background in capital markets, infrastructure finance and strategy.
• Experience building finance organizations, processes and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead all corporate finance, planning, treasury, reporting, governance, budgeting and strategy.
• Structure financing for large infrastructure initiatives and partnerships.
• Build scalable financial systems, internal controls and treasury operations.
• Direct sophisticated financial modeling for investments and long-term planning.
• Manage relationships with investors, lenders and external advisors.
• Serve as executive financial advisor to CEO and leadership.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance organization.
• Ensure compliance, financial discipline and enterprise risk management.

An emerging infrastructure developer is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership team during a pivotal stage of growth. This organization is creating large scale, power-enabled infrastructure designed to support the rapidly expanding AI and cloud computing markets. Reporting directly to the Founder and CEO, this executive will build the finance function from the ground up while partnering with investors, lenders, and leadership to execute an ambitious development strategy.

Focus

• Lead all aspects of corporate finance, including financial planning, treasury, reporting, governance, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Structure and execute complex financing transactions supporting large infrastructure development initiatives.
• Develop scalable financial systems, internal controls, treasury operations, and reporting processes.
• Direct sophisticated financial modeling used for investment analysis, capital allocation, and long-term planning.
• Manage relationships with institutional investors, lenders, financial partners, and external advisors.
• Serve as the executive financial advisor to the CEO and leadership team while supporting board reporting and strategic initiatives.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance organization capable of supporting continued expansion.
• Ensure strong compliance, financial discipline, and enterprise risk management across the organization.

Skill Set

• 15 or more years of progressive finance leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility within capital-intensive businesses.
• Experience supporting large-scale digital infrastructure, hyperscale computing environments, energy infrastructure, or similarly complex asset-intensive industries.
• Demonstrated success leading project finance transactions involving institutional lenders and investment partners.
• Strong background in capital markets, infrastructure finance, financial modeling, and corporate strategy.
• Experience building finance organizations, processes, and governance frameworks in high-growth companies.
• Excellent communication and executive leadership skills with experience presenting to investors and boards.
• MBA, CPA, or equivalent financial credentials preferred.
