Job summary
Monogoto, a San Francisco–based company, seeks a CFO to lead Finance & Operations and partner with the CEO. The role requires leading a fast-paced, growth-focused finance function in a global high-tech/SaaS environment, ensuring compliance, treasury, and reporting excellence.
You will work closely with investors and the board, guiding strategic planning and fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate has a strong track record establishing finance departments in startups, experience with SaaS/IaaS
Qualifications
- 10+ years of Finance experience with CFO experience at a global high-tech startup.
- Experience in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
- CPA with Big 4 background and US GAAP proficiency.
- Strong communication, leadership and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead annual Finance and Operations plan, strategy and team.
- Oversee accounting, investor relations, legal, tax, operations and treasury.
- Manage third parties handling finance functions and external auditors.
- Oversee employee benefits and cost-effective packages.
- Ensure internal controls, compliance and financial procedures are robust.
- Prepare and communicate weekly, monthly and annual financial statements.
- Engage with the Board and executive leadership on financial strategy.
