Qualifications

• Significant CFO leadership experience in Cybersecurity or SaaS.
• Proven IPO and Public company experience.
• Experience leading global financial organizations in high-growth environments.
• Strong commercial finance and FP&A expertise.
• Experience operating internationally across multiple entities.
• Exposure to complex business transformation and/or M&A.
• Strong strategic and analytical capability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• The confidence to challenge constructively at CEO and Board level.
• A hands-on, energetic and highly accountable leadership style.
