Replacement Parts, Inc. is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function for a family-built automotive parts distributor with multiple entities. The role involves strategic leadership, hands-on accounting, and partnership with the CEO/COO on growth and acquisitions.

The CFO will modernize systems, maintain audits and bank reporting, and develop a high-performing finance team ready to scale the business while preserving the company’s trusted culture and operational discipline.

Qualifications

• CPA strongly preferred.
• Experience in a business around $100M–$1B revenue is attractive.
• Distribution experience in automotive aftermarket or parts distribution is a plus.
• Multi-state or multi-location operating experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance and accounting function across the business.
• Partner with CEO/COO on strategic planning and operational decision-making.
• Maintain strong financial controls and reliable reporting across entities.
• Oversee audits and tax/compliance cycles.
• Support banking relationships and lender communications.
• Guide close timelines and internal financial visibility improvements.
• Assess acquisition opportunities and integration planning.
• Mentor and develop the finance team.
