Job summary

Advantex Professional Services is seeking a Chief Financial Officer for an established Orange County organization. This executive leadership role calls for a strategic, hands-on finance leader who can guide financial operations and advise senior leadership.

The CFO will drive budgeting, forecasting, accounting operations, audits, and internal controls, while partnering with the executive team to improve processes and support growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including senior leadership.
• Strong GAAP accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
• Experience managing complex financial operations, compliance and audits.
• Proven ability to lead teams and improve financial processes.
• Strong communication, analytical and executive leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• CPA, CMA or MBA preferred.
• Previous CFO, VP Finance or Controller experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, audits and internal controls.
