Job summary

Folience is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial strategy for the portfolio and its ESOP administration. You will partner with the CEO and business unit Presidents to align financial plans with growth and operational execution.

You will oversee Shared Services including Accounting, HR, and Marketing, ensure timely close and consolidated reporting, and drive metric dashboards for executive visibility across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience including CFO/VP Finance or Controller roles.
• Experience operating in a multi-entity holding company or portfolio structure.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and board-level reporting experience.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and audits.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the Board and senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for Folience and its portfolio companies.
• Serve as chief financial strategist and adviser to the CEO on capital allocation, investments, and acquisitions.
• Prepare and deliver financial reporting and analysis to the Board on a regular cadence.
• Oversee ESOP administration, valuations, and related funding strategies.
• Manage Shared Services (Accounting, HR, Marketing) to deliver reliable support.
• Oversee external audits, treasury, cash management, and risk/insurance programs.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for executives and Boards.
