Job summary

Integrated Consulting Services provides on-demand financial expertise to help small businesses solve problems and reach goals. As a Consultant, you work with business owners alongside an IAS CFO Lead, delivering strategic cash flow management and business advisory beyond bookkeeping.

You will perform month-end reviews, present reports, and translate financial data into actionable guidance, supporting clients in remote, on-site, or hybrid settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA is a plus.
• 2–3 years of client service experience, ideally public accounting.
• Capable of managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Advanced working knowledge of GAAP accounting and forecasting methodologies.
• Strong Excel skills and quantitative analysis.
• Experience presenting complex financial results to non-technical stakeholders.
• Willing to be on-site with clients if requested.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models for various clients and thirteen-week cash flow models.
• Update thirteen-week cash flow models and guide weekly client calls on cash flow.
• Lead weekly meetings with the IAS CFO Lead and business owners to drive consulting work.
• Perform month-end reviews and prepare monthly financial statement packages.
• Present monthly reports with strategic insights into client performance.
• Help owners understand financial statements and business decisions’ impact.
• Collaborate in remote, on-site, or hybrid settings as needed.
• Support the IAS CFO lead on client requests and deliver trusted advice.
• Present complex results clearly in effective presentations.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
