Integrated Consulting Services provides on-demand financial expertise to help small businesses solve problems and reach goals. As a Consultant, you work with business owners alongside an IAS CFO Lead, delivering strategic cash flow management and business advisory beyond bookkeeping.

You will perform month-end reviews, present reports, and translate financial data into actionable guidance, supporting clients in remote, on-site, or hybrid settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA is a plus.
• 2–3 years of client service experience, ideally public accounting.
• Capable of managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Advanced working knowledge of GAAP accounting and forecasting methodologies.
• Strong Excel skills and quantitative analysis.
• Experience presenting complex financial results to non-technical stakeholders.
• Willing to be on-site with clients if requested.

• Build financial models for various clients and thirteen-week cash flow models.
• Update thirteen-week cash flow models and guide weekly client calls on cash flow.
• Lead weekly meetings with the IAS CFO Lead and business owners to drive consulting work.

• Help owners understand financial statements and business decisions’ impact.

As a Consultant, you will work directly with business owners alongside an IAS CFO Lead, helping them gain deeper financial insights beyond basic bookkeeping. Our clients typically have a bookkeeping or controller function but seek strategic guidance in cash flow management, financial planning, and business advisory. You will play a key role in supporting financial operations, providing meaningful analysis, and helping owners make informed decisions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Build financial models for various clients and thirteen-week cash flow models to help business owners achieve their goals.
• Update thirteen-week cash flow models and lead client calls to advise on cash flow management on a weekly basis.
• Lead weekly meetings with IAS CFO Lead and business owners to drive consulting work and deliver strategic and practical advice.
• Perform month end reviews and complete monthly financial statement packages for assigned clients.
• Present monthly reports to provide strategic insights into the financial performance of the clients.
• Assist business owners on understanding financial statements and the financial impact of their business decisions.
• Work effectively in a remote, on-site, or hybrid setting, depending on the needs of the client.
• Support the IAS CFO lead on any requests to better serve the clients.
• Employ good, sound judgement and become a trusted advisor for the client.
• Present complex financial results or business decisions in effective presentations.
• Develop strong working relationships with the clients and other stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Advanced working knowledge of GAAP accounting and forecasting methodologies
• Strong Excel skills
• Solid analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
• Experience in presenting complex financial results that assists decision making and the ability to communicate with less technical individuals
• Willing to be on-site with clients, if requested
