Volvo Autonomous Solutions US, LLC seeks a seasoned CFO to build the financial foundation of its Fort Worth-based startup subsidiary. You will lead accounting, tax, and financial planning, while coordinating with Volvo leadership to position the company for potential fundraising.

The role requires a Master’s in Finance and Business and professional certification (CPA or CMA), plus proven expertise in venture-capital fundraising, financial modeling, and high-growth environments.

Qualifications

• Progressive CFO-level experience in a start-up or high-growth tech company.
• Strong finance leadership with strategic and operational capabilities.
• Experience with fundraising, financial modeling, and venture-capital dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Establish the financial infrastructure of the new subsidiary and prepare for potential fundraising.
• Oversee accounting, tax compliance, and accurate US GAAP reporting.
• Coordinate with Volvo leadership and external stakeholders on governance and risk management.
• Drive financial strategy, pricing models, and KPI development.
• Lead due diligence for fundraising rounds and strategic partnerships.
