Volvo Autonomous Solutions US, LLC is seeking a strategic CFO to build the financial foundation for our new Fort Worth-based subsidiary and position the company for potential external fundraising.

You will lead accounting, FP&A, strategy, investor relations, compliance, and risk management in a fast-growing autonomous technology business, working closely with Volvo Autonomous Solutions AB senior management.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance and Business.
• Professional certification: CPA or CMA.
• Experience with venture capital, fundraising and financial modeling.
• Strong background in transportation, logistics or autonomous tech.

Responsibilities

• Establish the financial infrastructure for the new US subsidiary.
• Oversee accounting, tax compliance and US GAAP reporting.
• Lead fundraising and investor relations activities.
• Coordinate with Volvo Autonomous Solutions AB senior management.
• Develop risk management and robust internal controls.
