Job summary

Six Flags Corporate is seeking a Centralized Purchasing Manager to lead procurement activities across product lines, optimize supply chain logistics, and manage inventory turns within a centralized team.

Responsibilities include enforcing P2P agreements, driving cost savings, supervising the Centralized Purchasing Team, issuing purchase orders, ensuring on-time deliveries, and complying with SOPs and regulatory requirements. The role requires strong analytical and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus relevant associate/technical training.
• Experience in purchasing, inventory, and supply chain management within mid-to-large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor adherence to P2P agreements and ensure procurement aligns with terms, standards, and regulations.
• Partner with End User and Sourcing Teams to drive cost savings, timely deliveries, and internal customer satisfaction.
• Manage Centralized Purchasing Team to support buying strategy and follow the sourcing guidance.
• Prepare and issue accurate purchase orders; ensure entries in the system and monitor supplier orders for on-time delivery.
• Ensure 100% SOP compliance across company policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Analyze weekly/monthly/quarterly purchasing and inventory trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve forecasting.
• Advocate for continued development of Six Flags Procurement, track benefits, and provide management reporting.
• Train Procurement team members in proper use of procurement systems and policies.
