Job summary

Lighthouse Youth & Family Services seeks a Centralized Procurement Specialist to manage purchasing across the organization, from office supplies to vendor services, ensuring cost-effective acquisitions aligned with our mission.

You will coordinate procurement requests, onboard vendors, monitor supplier performance, and ensure compliance with funding requirements while delivering outstanding customer service and operational support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2–5 years procurement, purchasing, accounts payable, or supply chain experience.
• Experience using ERP or procurement systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in centralized procurement model (preferred).
• Advanced Excel or data analysis skills (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing requests from departments across the organization.
• Coordinate procurement of supplies, furniture, client-support resources, gift cards, and operational materials.
• Partner with vendors to secure quality products, competitive pricing, and excellent service.
• Support vendor onboarding, contract management, and supplier performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, funding requirements, and procurement standards.
• Help track inventory, donations, purchasing metrics, and procurement records.
• Collaborate with teams to provide purchasing support and customer service.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase cost savings.
