Job summary

Forvia is seeking a Customer Business Unit (CBU) Controller to join the Clean Mobility Division. You will oversee the financial performance of a multi-customer CBU, partnering with Finance to deliver reliable profitability reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.

You will drive improvements by analyzing program margins, hours, and forecasts, delivering consolidated financial insights at the CBU level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in plant controlling or Business Unit controlling.
• Strong knowledge of P&L and balance sheet management.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance of the CBU and serve as a key partner between Finance and the CBU team.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning processes for the CBU.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages and track cash & economic performance actions.
• Review program margins with plant teams and challenge financial assumptions to drive improvement.
• Support acquisition processes in collaboration with Program Controllers and Sales.
