Job summary

Forvia is seeking a Customer Business Unit (CBU) Controller to oversee the financial performance of a multi-customer unit within its Clean Mobility Division. You will lead strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and actuals analysis while driving cash and economic performance actions at the CBU level.

The role requires 5+ years in plant or BU controlling, strong P&L/balance sheet knowledge, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in plant controlling or business unit controlling.
• Strong knowledge of P&L and balance sheet management.
• Comfortable working in complex and ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• High level of autonomy with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to challenge the status quo.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial performance of a multi-customer business unit.
• Lead financial processes: Strategic Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Actuals analysis.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages and track key cash & commercial initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with finance procedures and internal controls.
• Monitor program performance across acquisition, development, and serial phases.
• Lead forecasting processes (Strategic Plan, Budget, periodic forecasts).
• Manage CBU reporting (P&L, R&D, Squeeze, Overdue, LTC & B/S).
• Provide insights to optimize profitability and support sales, PM, and plants.
