Job summary

Forvia seeks a Group Controller to lead consolidation, standardize financial processes and drive reporting excellence across BAUs. The role partners with division management to provide insightful analysis and drive action plans for actuals, forecasts, budgets and the strategic plan.

You will develop and maintain reporting tools (SAP, Oracle PBCS) and ensure data consistency while acting as a finance ambassador to promote best practices.

Qualifications

• Finance degree in related field of study, master’s degree, preferred.
• 6 to 10 years of controlling experience required (ideally at plant level or in Programs/R&D activities)
• Computer literate and good expertise of IT systems
• Experience in an international company or in a matrix organization

Responsibilities

• Ensure controlling data consistency and consolidation.
• Maintain and further develop the reporting tools (SAP, Oracle PBCS solutions).
• Coordinate all financial reporting phases (actuals, forecast, budget, strategic plan)
• Investigate the variances and monitor the action plans.
• Improve the processes and promote innovative digital reporting.
• Be a finance ambassador to share the best practices within the organization.
• Provide all necessary information requested by internal and external auditors
• Act as a business partner toward the management of the Division, and provide recommendation to the management
• Propose to the management action plans and standardization of financial process across BAUs
