Qualifications

• Experience sourcing industrial chemicals required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing and purchasing strategies with Operations, Logistics, R&D, and Purchasing.
• Negotiate supplier contracts covering pricing, quality, delivery schedules, and terms.
• Reduce sole-source supplier dependency and strengthen supply continuity.
• Partner with R&D to identify and qualify alternative raw materials and packaging solutions.
• Monitor supplier performance, conduct audits, and drive corrective actions.
• Support budgeting, KPI reporting, vendor management, and material specifications.
