Insight Global seeks a Category Manager to own strategy for assigned spend categories and partner across the business to deliver measurable value. You will work with Sourcing Hub on execution and with Sourcing Operations to drive enablement and enterprise impact.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on collaboration, serving as a trusted partner to stakeholders, suppliers, and Finance. Enterprise value across cost, service, and innovation is the focus.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop and execute multi-year category strategies.
• Strong commercial acumen and financial awareness.
• Ability to partner with Finance to validate savings and forecast spend.
• Experience leading supplier negotiations and relationship management.
• Ability to mentor analysts and build organizational capability.

• Develop and execute category strategies delivering measurable value.
• Own supplier performance and lead complex negotiations.
• Collaborate with Finance to align savings with budgets.
• Partner with Sourcing Operations to drive execution and enablement.
• Provide data-driven insights, dashboards, and leadership reporting.
• Identify opportunities for supplier-led innovation and risk management.
• Contribute to cross-functional sourcing initiatives and RFPs.
• Coach and develop Analysts and Senior Analysts.
• Promote a sourcing culture with integrity and collaboration.
