Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or category management.
• Proven success leading complex sourcing initiatives and contract management.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing methodologies and supplier management.
• Excellent cross-functional influencing and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP procurement technologies and spend analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year category management and sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Build roadmaps to improve cost, quality, reliability, and supplier diversity.
• Partner with operations, engineering, and finance to support strategic initiatives.
• Provide market intelligence and supplier insights to guide decisions.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, and implementation.
• Utilize TCO analysis and competitive bidding to optimize outcomes.
• Assess supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Establish governance, scorecards, and procurement processes.
