You will optimize FSP models and drive spend across SM&M, site enablement, patient-facing services, and ancillary support while collaborating with Clinical Operations and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, supplier management, contract negotiations, and end-to-end RFx processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience, including 3+ years in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Category Management in regulated services.
• Demonstrated expertise in category management, including development and execution of strategies.
• Working knowledge of contract negotiations and supplier engagement models.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Solid analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and drive projects to completion.
