Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals, a leading biopharmaceutical company, seeks an Associate Director to lead Clinical Trial Management category strategy and sourcing. You will partner with Clinical Development to translate study needs into practical strategies and manage the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle for FSO/FSP services.

The role requires deep procurement and life sciences knowledge, stakeholder collaboration, and a hands-on approach to execution in a hybrid West Chester, PA environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in procurement, category management, or related fields.
• Experience supporting sourcing for clinical development services, CROs, FSP/FSO.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical drug development and clinical outsourcing models.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional sourcing projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Clinical Development to understand study requirements and outsourcing needs.
• Develop and maintain category strategies and roadmaps for Clinical Trial Management services.
• Lead sourcing initiatives including RFx activities, evaluation, negotiation, and contracting support.
• Balance cost, quality, speed, and compliance in sourcing recommendations.
• Provide market intelligence and supplier governance.
