Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is seeking a Category Intelligence Analyst to support analysis, reporting, and dashboard development for the Perfect Store program. You will partner with Category Leadership, Customer Marketing, and technical teams to deliver annual priorities and lead the Perfect Store Dashboard development.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Perfect Store & Analytics, this role sits within the Category Leadership organization and offers opportunities to embed PS capabilities

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
1 year business analytics in CPG or related field.
Strong analytical thinking to solve business problems.
Ability to influence and lead others to outcomes.
Foundational understanding of syndicated data (Nielsen/Circana).
Excellent planning, communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Support analysis, reporting, and dashboards for Category Intelligence.
Collaborate with Category Leadership, Customer Marketing, and technical teams.
Develop and deploy Perfect Store dashboards and annual priorities.
Lead distribution tracking and insights sharing with Sales and Category teams.
Maintain project plans, milestones, and trackers for initiatives.
