Job summary
Red Bull North America, Inc. is seeking a Category Analyst to translate syndicated data into actionable insights that drive category growth across assigned regions.
You will work with Circana, Nielsen and other data sources to identify opportunities in volume, share, price, promotions and shelf space, and present findings to retailers. The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales, Retail Partners and HQ category teams, creating regular category reviews, plans and strategies, and supporting
Qualifications
- Experience with consumer goods data and market trends.
- Ability to interpret analysis results and present action plans to customers.
- Experience with syndicated data sources (Circana, Nielsen).
- Strong communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Provide category management insights to top customers and lead dialogues.
- Create and deliver regular category reviews, plans and strategies with retail partners.
- Turn insights into actions by executing, analyzing and evaluating category plans.
- Develop customer category management business plans aligned with overall goals.
- Identify performance gaps in volume, share, pricing, promotion, shelf space, and distribution.
- Mine data to develop insights and opportunities; perform post program results analysis.
- Maintain databases, reports, and applications; provide analytical support with insights.
- Establish partnerships with Sales Leaders and Retail Partners to develop strategic plans.
