• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce or a related field.
• Strong analytic skills with ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Experience with category management principles and syndicated data.
• Familiarity with space management software.

Responsibilities

• Employ critical thinking and proactively derive insights to identify issues & opportunities.
• Leverage data sources to create stories identifying risks, opportunities, and performance gaps.
• Create modulars for assigned categories and coordinate with cross-functional partners.
• Translate insights into action beyond standard reporting.
• Optimize shelf space physically and digitally using omni-insights.
• Build strong relationships with merchants and cross-functional teams.
• Proactively analyze data to generate actionable insights for category, customer, and shopper.
• Monitor business trends and drivers and propose solutions or opportunities.
• Stay current on shopper trends, assortment opportunities, and promotional activity.
• Develop presentations and present to the merchant as required.
• Collaborate with the sports goods team on action plans when available.
