• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years in category management, sales analysis, business analytics or related analytical role.
• Extensive experience with data and situational analysis.
• Proficiency with retailer reporting systems such as Scintilla, Retail Link, IRI or POL.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools; Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the category and analytical subject matter expert for assigned customer accounts.
• Perform account-level analysis to identify needs, trends, opportunities and problems.
• Provide actionable feedback and prepare analysis summaries for accounts.
• Design, enhance and implement analytical reports and reporting processes.
• Review competitive data trends and communicate insights to teams.
• Develop presentation-ready analyses for sales calls, customer meetings and reviews.
• Support account-related projects and anticipate manager needs with minimal direction.
• Participate in account planning and sales strategy discussions with insights.
