Rocky Gap Casino Resort in Maryland is seeking a Purchasing lead responsible for all aspects of the Purchasing Department to support organizational goals and quality service through teamwork, responsibility, and innovative solutions.

You will develop methods for purchasing supplies, negotiate contracts, monitor vendor performance, and ensure compliance with licensing. High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred; strong communication and guest-service mindset essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops methods and coordinates purchasing of designated supplies, materials, services, and equipment for the casino.
• Establishes long- and short-term goals, policies, and procedures for purchasing operations.
• Acts as negotiator with vendors on procurement contracts and seeks cost-reductions.
• Reviews major procurement contracts and ensures contract compliance and licensing.
• Monitors and maintains the approved vendor lists.
• All other duties as assigned.
