Job summary

The Seminole Nation Gaming Enterprise (SNGE) seeks a senior leader to oversee the management and coordination of gaming operations across its three casino facilities in line with its Mission, Policies and goals.

As a key executive, you will report to the SNGE Executive Board and focus on building high-trust relationships, strategic planning, budgeting, and policy implementation to support growth, compliance, and exceptional guest experiences daily.

Qualifications

• Post-graduate degree from an accredited college or university; or bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, banking, finance or other business-related degree programs.
• Minimum of two (2) years of work experience in gaming, business administration, business management, accounting or related field; or a bachelor's degree in any field with at least five (5) years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates and supports a work environment focused on high-trust relationships and respectful collaboration.
• Supervises department leaders to ensure timely achievement of objectives and growth.
• Prepares Comprehensive Budget and Plan of Operation; reports to SNGE General Council monthly.
• Guides policies and procedures related to operational activities across SNGE and facilities.
• Supports Marketing to ensure timely promotions and regulatory compliance.
