Job summary

The role serves as a liaison between Operations, Product, Compliance, Technology and external vendors to define requirements, implement innovative solutions, strengthen controls, and drive efficiency. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in wealth management or financial services with process design and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, business systems analysis, process design, or operational transformation.
• Experience leading technology, process improvement, or business transformation initiatives.
• FINRA Series SIE, 99 or 7 licenses or ability to obtain within 120 days (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise for Cash Management Operations and assess areas of improvement for transformation of current operations functions.
• Lead selection and implementation of Cash Management solutions to support institutions at scale.
• Manage vendor relationships and define requirements for development of offerings.
• Assess risks and controls within the CMO function to reduce manual efforts and ensure compliance.
• Communicate requirements and transformation progress with leadership and critical partners (Product, Compliance, Technology).
• Drive troubleshooting and resolve escalated production issues.
