Job summary

ADM seeks a Finance Manager, Cash Optimization in Chicago or Decatur, IL to drive cash flow transformation and liquidity improvement. You will partner with Finance, Operations, Procurement, Origination, and Sales to align strategies and deliver measurable efficiencies.

The role requires a minimum of 7 years in financial roles, a finance/accounting degree, and experience with HFM and large ERP systems. Travel is required as needed; background check is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting is required.
• A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize cash flow to improve liquidity and working capital.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations and Corporate leadership to align cash strategies with goals.
• Design and implement KPIs to monitor cash flow performance.
