Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Cash Management Solution Officer to identify, propose, and deliver Cash Management solutions to branch-managed customers and prospects by phone. You will support Small Business Specialists and participate in projects and pilots for the branch-managed segment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Relationship Managers, onboarding of clients, and adherence to risk and regulatory standards while promoting Chase Cash Management products like Chase Business Online

Qualifications

• One year of experience in Cash Management or Treasury Services
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
• Ability to build client relationships via phone
• Knowledge of Cash Management products
• Strong marketing acumen to present solutions
• Solid time management and business acumen

Responsibilities

• Develop new profitable Cash Management business with Relationship Managers via phone
• Promote Cash Management solutions to clients and prospects within risk parameters
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Chase Business Online and One Card with Rewards
• Onboard clients with professionalism and skill
• Collaborate with internal partners across regions and leadership
• Communicate timelines and deliverables for implementations
• Uphold regulatory requirements and risk management
