Chase is seeking a dynamic Cash Management Solution Officer within Business Banking to identify, propose and deliver Cash Management solutions to branch-managed customers and prospects over the phone. The role focuses on participating in projects and pilots for the branch managed segment and delivering professional onboarding of clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• One year experience in Cash Management/Treasury Services or related business.
• General knowledge of Cash Management products/solutions.
• Relationship Building – Ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners via the phone.
• Marketing Expertise – Ability to leverage knowledge to proactively and creatively present solutions to clients and prospects.
• Business Acumen – Ability to understand the overarching Cash Management business environment.
• Time Management – Ability to plan activities and manage time and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Works with Business Relationship Managers on developing new Cash Management business via phone.
• Promotes Cash Management solutions to clients and prospects within risk parameters.
• Conveys a professional, knowledgeable demeanor over the phone.
• Onboards clients with professionalism and skill on Chase Business Online and One Card with Rewards.
• Builds relationships with internal partners and cross-functional teams.
• Manages client expectations with timelines and deliverables for successful implementations.
• Adheres to risk management and regulatory requirements; escalates issues as needed.
