Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Cash Management Solutions Officer to identify, propose, and deliver Cash Management products to business customers by phone, including Chase Business Online and One Card with Rewards onboarding. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to Business Relationship Managers and their clients, driving adoption and successful implementations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Cash Management/Treasury Services or related business experience.
• Solid Cash Management product/solution knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• Certified Treasury Professional or eligible for certification.

Responsibilities

• Works with Business Relationship Managers to develop new profitable Cash Management business by phone.
• Recommends and promotes Cash Management solutions within bank risk parameters.
• Maintains a professional, knowledgeable demeanor over the phone.
• Onboards clients for Chase Business Online and One Card with Rewards with professionalism.
• Supports other CMSOs with client discussions and onboarding to share best practices.
