Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Higher Education Administration, Educational Leadership, Human Resources Management, Counseling, MBA, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in university career services, recruitment & hiring, or career advising/coaching.
• Credentials must be obtained prior to the employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and group career coaching to Lee Business School students, focusing on graduate students and supporting undergraduates.
• Design and deliver career development workshops, classroom sessions, and professional programming to build long-term career management and adaptability skills.
• Foster recruiting relationships with employers and connect students with internship and full‑time opportunities.
• Serve as a liaison to employers and corporate partners to strengthen engagement with the business community.
