Qualifications

• 5 years of career counseling/advising in higher education or industry experience required.
• 5-8 years of higher education experience at top-tier institutions preferred.
• Ability to travel (30%) and work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manages and implements career management programs for EWMBA and Executive MBA students.
• Develops CMC programs and workshops for students.
• Collaborates with departments and partners to enhance student experience.
