Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Education or related field required.
• Experience supporting individuals facing barriers to employment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with students and support them throughout training journey.
• Help participants identify and achieve SMART career and life goals.
• Provide case management, barrier resolution, and employment support services.
• Connect individuals with community resources and opportunities that support long-term success.
• Facilitate engaging workshops on resumes, interviewing, professional communication, life skills, and career readiness.
• Celebrate milestones and help students move confidently into rewarding careers.
