Brooklyn Law School in Downtown Brooklyn, NY is seeking an Associate Director of Career Development to lead advisory services for JD and LLM students and alumni, develop employer partnerships, and expand networking opportunities.

Reporting to the Associate Dean of Career Development, you will manage one-on-one coaching, career programming, and market insights, while collaborating with students, faculty, employers, and student groups on a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and J.D. degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a demanding professional environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal advising and coaching to JD and LLM students regarding career development and job search strategies.
• Review students’ resumes and cover letters; prepare for interviews and conduct mock interviews.
• Develop, organize, and administer professional development and career-related programming.
• Build and maintain employer partnerships and career resources; collaborate with faculty and staff.
