Qualifications

• Three (3) years of clinical experience in healthcare.
• Experience educating healthcare professionals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver education for healthcare professionals on cardiometabolic care during pregnancy and postpartum.
• Create provider toolkits, nursing protocols, patient education materials, and quick-reference guides.
• Serve as the primary clinical contact for participating practices and support implementation of evidence-based practices.
• Coordinate telehealth protocols and workflows to support timely consultation with MFM physicians.
• Track program metrics and contribute to grant reporting and annual program reports.
