Qualifications

• 10+ years leading federal proposal efforts with capture planning, win strategy, and pre-RFP activities or equivalent capture experience.
• Strong proposal development and technical writing skills to translate architectures into customer-focused narratives.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, lead without direct authority, and perform under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Visio and Adobe Acrobat for document control and content creation.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and comply with US security requirements, including citizenship and clearances.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BD to plan and execute structured capture strategies for opportunities.
• Direct end-to-end proposal process: scheduling, compliance matrices, color reviews, final deliverables.
