Shield AI, a defense-tech company, seeks a Strategic Capture Manager for the USG Data Agencies. You will lead engagement strategy and design capture plans across Shield AI's software and simulation portfolios, focusing on Data/AI offices at senior USG and military agencies.

You will build trusted relationships with senior decision makers, influence policy and solicitations, and guide multi-year programs with USG Data/AI offices, including DHS and executive branch partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in strategic capture or policy development in the USG (government sector)
• Deep knowledge of USG and US Military data/AI policy process
• Experience with emerging technologies / AI

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic capture plan spanning Shield AI’s software and simulation portfolios, focusing on Data/AI offices at senior USG and US Military agencies.
• Drive teams toward multi-year strategic program wins with USG Data/AI agencies.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships across key USG / US Military AI decision makers, including offices such as the CDAO and CIO, and critical DHS and executive branch agencies.
• Anticipate customer needs and influence policy, requirements, and solicitations to align with Shield AI portfolios.

Job Description:

The Strategic Capture Manager, USG Data Agencies will lead Shield AI’s engagement strategy and design capture plans involving Government and Military Data/AI agencies. This individual will guide, shape, and inform Data/AI agency relationships and influence AI policy and requirements across Shield AI’s software and simulation portfolios.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic capture plan spanning Shield AI’s software and simulation portfolios, with a focus on Data/AI offices at senior USG and US Military agencies.
• Drive teams toward multi-year strategic program wins with USG Data/AI agencies.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships across key USG / US Military AI decision makers, including offices such as the DoW Chief Data / AI Officer (CDAO), DoW Chief Information Officer, and critical Dept of Homeland Security (DHS) and executive branch agencies.
• Anticipate customer needs and influence policy, requirements, and solicitations to positively align with Shield AI portfolios.
